1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Hospital Management System (HMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the system.

2. System Use and Restrictions

Users are granted access based on their departmental roles. You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials with any other person.
  • Attempt to access subsystems for which you do not have authorized clearance.
  • Use the system for any purpose other than official hospital business.
  • Extract or export sensitive data without proper administrative approval.

3. Data Integrity and Privacy

Accuracy of data entry is critical. All actions performed within HMS are logged and attributed to the logged-in user. You are responsible for all data entered under your credentials.

4. System Availability

While we strive for 24/7 uptime, maintenance windows and system updates may cause temporary unavailability. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible via the core dashboard.

5. Modifications to Terms

HMS Administration reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the system following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

6. Governing Law & Compliance

This system and all user actions are subject to the National Healthcare Data Protection Act of 2024 and the Digital Medical Privacy Law. Any violation of these terms may lead to legal action, employment termination, and criminal prosecution under state cyber-security statutes.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I forget to log out?

For security compliance with the National Healthcare Data Protection Act, the system will automatically terminate your session after 30 minutes of inactivity. However, you remain responsible for any actions taken while your session is active.

Can I use the system on my personal mobile device?

HMS is accessible via mobile browsers for viewing, but certain administrative and financial actions are restricted to hospital-authorized hardware to ensure encrypted endpoint security.
